Russia: Prime Minister Imran Khan’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin has been rescheduled. The meeting between PM Imran Khan and Russian President Vladimir Putin will be the most important part of this visit.
Prime Minister Imran Khan today laid flowers at a monument to Russian soldiers of World War II erected in Alexander Garden outside the Kremlin.
Sources said that the duration of Prime Minister Imran Khan’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin has been increased from one hour to three hours. Sources said that Prime Minister Imran Khan and Russian President Putin will meet one-on-one.
Sources said that the situation in the region will also be discussed during the meeting between the two leaders. In his meeting with President Putin, Prime Minister Imran Khan will also discuss international affairs.
The meeting will focus on Pak-Russia relations, especially in the energy sector, and the situation in Afghanistan & Islamophobia. There will be important agreements between the two countries, including the construction of a gas pipeline.
Prime Minister Imran Khan will also have meetings with key Russian leaders, including the Deputy Prime Minister, Russian Investors, and Businessmen. Prime Minister Imran Khan will also visit Russia’s largest mosque and Islamic center in Moscow.
According to detail, Prime Minister Imran Khan arrived in Russia yesterday on a two-day historic official visit at the special invitation of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Prime Minister was received at the Moscow Airport by the Deputy Foreign Minister of Russia. On this occasion, the National Anthem of Pakistan was also played. Imran Khan is the first Pakistani Prime Minister to visit Russia in two decades.
Federal Ministers Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, Asad Umar, Hamad Azhar, Trade Adviser Abdul Razzaq Dawood, National Security Advisor Dr. Moeed Yousaf, and Amir Mehmood Kayani have also arrived in Russia along with Prime Minister Imran Khan.
