Mirza Ishtiaq Baig holds a ceremony in honor of international fashion designer Mahmood Bhatti

Karachi. (Staff Reporter), Honorary Consul General of Morocco in Pakistan Mirza Ishtiaq Baig has said that through Pakistan’s fashion industry, we can play an important role in improving the country’s economy by earning huge foreign exchange. He was speaking at a ceremony held at his residence in honor of Pakistan’s internationally renowned fashion designer Mahmood Bhatti, which was organized in collaboration with the Pakistan Film and TV Journalists Association. On this occasion, Member of the National Assembly and Honorary Consul General of Yemen Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Film star Javed Sheikh, fashion designer Nadeem Moazji, Hameed Aslam, Azhar Zia, Zulfiqar Halipota, Pakistan Film and TV Journalists Association Chairman Athar Javed Sufi and President Abdul Wasi Qureshi were also present. Mirza Ishtiaq Baig further said that in collaboration with Mahmood Bhatti, we are also planning to hold a Pakistani fashion show in Morocco and Moroccan fashion in Pakistan to promote Pakistan’s fashion industry. Mirza Ikhtiar Baig said that Mahmood Bhatti has made the country famous all over the world, especially in terms of fashion designing, which is a beacon for our young generation. Film star Javed Sheikh said that Mahmood Bhatti is one of the self-made people and he is also known in the film industry. Athar Javed Sufi and Abdul Wasi Qureshi said that we have a long-standing relationship with Mahmood Bhatti. Whenever we come to Karachi, we definitely hold a ceremony in his honor. Mahmood Bhatti, who attended the ceremony with his wife, said that the love I get in Karachi strengthens my courage and passion for working. The Pakistani fashion industry has made a lot of progress and we can get a big market in Karachi, UAE and Europe through fashion shows. Nadeem Muaz ji said that Pakistani women’s and men’s fashion are very popular. With the collaboration of Mahmood Bhatti, we can hold fashion shows in Europe and Dubai. Later, Mahmood Bhatti and other guests were entertained by the Baig family and special Moroccan tea was served in the Moroccan-style hall.
