KARACHI – President Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) Engineer Daroo Khan Achakzai has appointed Malik Sohail as Chairman Coordination and Chief Coordinator of the FPCCI for the year 2019.
Mr. Sohail has played a very effective role in assisting presidents of the apex chamber during visits of USA, China, Turkey and other countries, organising events, building the image of FPCCI, and representing the institution at various national and international forums.
He has forged cordial ties with diplomatic missions and ensured smooth functioning of FPCCI Capital Office, regional offices of FPCCI and linkages with all the chambers and trade associations working under the umbrella of the Apex Chamber.
This is the sixth time Mr. Sohail has grabbed the slot credit of which goes to his loyalty to the United Business Group (UBG), hard work, dedication and unmatched services to the business community.
He has also played a vital role in the recently-held elections of the FPCCI in which UBG won all the seats leaving opposition high and dry.
Engineer Daroo Khan Achakzai said that Malik Sohail deserves the job more than anyone else as he has proved to be an asset for the UBG and FPCCI.
UBG’s Chairman Iftikhar Ali Malik, Parton-in-Chief SM Muneer and other business leaders have congratulated him on appointment as Chief Coordinator and Chairman Co-ordination of FPCCI and hoped that he will continue to serve the business community with the same enthusiasm and commitment as demonstrated earlier.
It may be mentioned that Mr. Sohail has served as SVP ICCI, VP of Quami Tajir Ittehad, and President Traders Welfare Association.
