IPAK Packaging Innovations Attract Strong Local and International Interest at 3P Pakistan
International Packaging Films Limited (IPAK) received strong interest from local manufacturers and international delegates at 3P Plas Print Pack Pakistan 2026, with new packaging solutions generating business leads and several agreements signed during the exhibition.

LAHORE, September 7: IPAK showcased its latest flexible packaging films at the three-day exhibition held at Expo Centre Lahore.
Thousands of visitors and foreign delegates attended the company’s stall. In particular, visitors showed interest in IPAK’s specialised, sustainable and cost-effective packaging films.
The company said the strong response generated business inquiries. These opportunities could support higher domestic sales and further exports from Pakistan.
IPAK Showcases Next-Generation Packaging Films
IPAK displayed a wide range of flexible packaging solutions at the exhibition.
The portfolio included coated films and AlOx transparent barrier films. It also featured ultra-high-barrier metallised films and low-temperature sealing films.
In addition, the company showcased aroma-barrier, high-heat-resistant and retortable films.

The exhibition also highlighted next-generation BOPE and circular packaging solutions. These included Mono-PE, Mono-PP, Mono-PET and PCR films.
Meanwhile, several foreign delegates explored sourcing opportunities with IPAK. The discussions could potentially open new markets for Pakistani packaging exports.
Several Agreements Signed During Expo
IPAK also signed MoUs and agreements with different buyers during the exhibition.
The agreements reflect growing commercial interest in the company’s flexible packaging products. Furthermore, the company held discussions with both domestic and international visitors about potential business opportunities.
Several senior Punjab government officials also visited the IPAK stall.
Among the prominent visitors were Punjab Finance Minister Mian Mujtaba Shuja-ur-Rehman, Energy Minister Faisal Saif Khokhar and Primary Health Minister Khawaja Imran Nazeer.
Social Welfare Minister Sohail Shokat Butt, Local Government Minister Zeeshan Rafeeq and MNA Hafiz Mian Muhammad Numan also visited the exhibition.
Other visitors included Political Secretary to the Punjab Chief Minister Malik Zeeshan, Parliamentary Secretary for Women Development Sadia Taimoor, MPAs Ghazali Saleem Butt, Mian Imran Javaid, Ambreen Ismail and Maria Talal.
PTV anchor Umar Aslam was also among the visitors.
Foreign Delegates Visit IPAK Manufacturing Facility
More than 500 industry professionals and foreign delegates also visited IPAK’s manufacturing facility at Quaid-e-Azam Business Park near Sheikhupura.
The facility is equipped with advanced German machinery. During the visit, guests reviewed IPAK’s manufacturing capabilities and product range.
The company demonstrated its ability to produce multiple categories of flexible packaging films under one manufacturing platform.
The visits also resulted in business inquiries and discussions for domestic and international markets.
IPAK Targets Export Growth
IPAK currently exports its products to more than 35 countries. The company generated approximately US$50 million in exports last year.
The response at 3P Pakistan supports IPAK’s strategy of investing in research and development. The company is also focusing on innovation and advanced manufacturing.
Through these efforts, IPAK aims to develop higher-value packaging products. It also seeks to expand exports, support import substitution and strengthen Pakistan’s position in the global flexible packaging industry.
