MANCHESTER UK : An Egyptian prisoner accused of illegally entering the UK on a small boat and sexually assaulting a woman has appealed through his lawyer not to be deported, saying he deserves punishment. According to British media reports, an illegal immigrant, who has been sent to prison for 8 years for raping a woman, has filed an application through his lawyer, in which he has said that he deserves to serve his sentence in this country, so he should not be sent back. The case against 21-year-old criminal Eid Anwar Fatehi Najjar was heard at York Crown Court, where he was convicted of raping a woman. It was said in a hearing against him that he is not entitled to live in the UK as a refugee, and the criminal wants him to be allowed to serve his sentence here.
