A meeting of the Federal Core committee of United Business Group (UBG), held at the residence of Chairman Iftikhar Ali Malik in Lahore attended by senior leaders of UBG across the country, expressing their full confidence in the leadership of Chairman Iftikhar Ali Malik & Patron in Chief S.M. Muneer. S.M. Muneer electing candidates Zubair Tufail as President, Zafar Bakhtawari as Secretary-General, and Mirza Ikhtiar Baig as Information Secretary.

He said that the change in key positions of United Business Group reflects the brilliant vision of S.M. Muneer. It is not possible to deny the abilities of the former UBG executives as they performed their duties with utmost skill during their tenure but the reorganization of UBG will surely be a breath of fresh air for the business community and this move will further strengthen UBG.
In a joint statement, they also congratulated Chief in Patron S.M. Muneer Bhai Jan and Chairman Iftikhar Ali Malik on the reorganization of United Business Group.
He said that SM is essential for UBG and only with their consultation will UBG achieve new successes. He said that like before, all the new officials also have good personalities and they are aware of the problems of traders. He is also aware and strongly hopes that he will use all his abilities to solve the problems of the business community after taking over the post.
