Karachi: College Education Department Sindh Government has announced to organize 6th edition of Sindh College Games. The opening of the Games will be held on January 30 in a colorful ceremony at Jinnah College Karachi. Director General Colleges Sindh Prof.Saleh Abbas Rizvi will be the head of the Central Organizing Committee while the other members include Regional Directors Karachi & SBA Prof. Mustafa Kamal Pathan and Prof.Saifullah Joyo, Chief Director Physical Education Perwaiz Ahmed Shaikh, Syed Gohar Raza, Shahid Ali Khan, Hisal Maryam. Director Physical Education Batool Kazim has been appointed as Program Coordinator, Director Finance Colleges Sindh Dr. Qasim Rajpar as Head of Financial Committee while Deputy Director Abdul Haq Soomro has been appointed as Focal Person.
According to Deputy Secretary Colleges Sindh Prof.Rashid Ahmed Khoso, with the announcement of the sixth edition of Sindh College Games, preparations have been started under the supervision of all regional directors and central committee across Sindh and the establishment of regional committees has also been implemented. Later the competitions will be started at the district level.
Due to election only district level contests will be held till 11 February 2024. Inter-district competitions will be started from February 12, 2024, while inter-regional competitions will begin from February 23, while the closing ceremony will be held on March 1 at any regional headquarter announced later.
