Lahore: Friday, January 16, 2026. The Punjab Central Business District Development Authourity (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), has announced its first Grand Open Auction of 2026, scheduled to be held later this month. The auction will offer a curated portfolio of premium commercial, hospitality and residential plots across CBD Punjab’s flagship developments, reaffirming its role as a key driver of economic growth and planned urban development in Punjab.
The upcoming auction will feature high-value investment opportunities within CBD Punjab Quaid District and CBD NSIT City two strategically planned areas developed on the principles of modern, sustainable and future-ready urban planning. The initiative reflects CBD Punjab’s continued commitment to creating world-class business, lifestyle and investment destinations.
A major highlight of the auction is a prime 10-kanal plot in CBD Quaid District titles as CBD Arena, envisioned as a flagship destination for recreational sports and active public life. Designed to promote healthy lifestyles and community engagement, CBD Arena will host world-class recreational sports facilities aligned with its people-centric planning ethos. The plot carries a reserve price of Rs. 50 million per kanal with an approved Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 1:2, offering significant development potential.
In CBD NSIT City, a dedicated hospitality plot measuring 13.16 kanals will be auctioned with a reserve price of Rs. 150 million per kanal and a high-density FAR of 1:8, making it a compelling opportunity for investors looking to capitalize on the city’s rapidly eFridaymerging innovation and technology-driven ecosystem.
The auction will also include four residential plots in NSIT Residencia Phase-II, measuring 4.88 kanals, 4.91 kanals, 4.71 kanals, and 4.52 kanals, respectively. All residential plots feature an approved FAR of 1:8, offering investors the chance to be part of a modern, well-planned residential community with integrated infrastructure and amenities.
