KARACHI: Prominent Industrialist, Leader of the business community of Pakistan, Patron-in-chief of KATI and United Business Group (UBG), Former President of FPCCI, and Chairman of Din Group SM Muneer passed away due to cardiac arrest in Karachi.
In his last address in KATI on Monday, SM Muneer expressed his concern over the current economic crisis in the country.
The news of Veteran industrialist SM Muneer death spread across the country and the business community has paid huge tributes to SM Munir saying that his services to the country cannot be forgotten.
UBG leaders Iftikhar Ali Malik, Zafar Bakhtawari, Zubair Tufail, Khalid Tawab, Mirza Ikhtiar Baig, Muhammad Hanif Gohar, Muhammad Danish Khan, Farhan-ur-Rehman and others have termed the sudden death of SM Munir as an irreparable loss to the business community in their condolence messages.
In the condolence messages include; KATI President Faraz-ur-Rahman said that SM Muneer’s service to the country cannot be forgotten. He said that SM Muneer will always be in our hearts, and we will continue to serve the business community following his footsteps.
