KARACHI: In line with its commitment to women empowerment, a significant awareness session was conducted at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX). The collaboration partners for this event included PSX, PMEX, All Pakistan Stock Broker Association, Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan, Umm-ul-Aaima Group of Companies, and Pakistan’s 1st Urdu Roman News, founded and led by Muhammad Noman Safdar. Mr. Munir Khanani, CEO of Munir Khanani Securities, Ms. Sarwat Naseem Shah, Managing Director of Zaamin Builder, Ashfaq Mangi, Producer at PTV News, Muhammad Noman, Director of Venus HD TV Channel, Turab Shah, Founder of ABN News, The AZB, and Ausaf Newspaper, also contributed to this collaborative effort.
The session featured insightful discussions about the Pakistan Stock Exchange, and guest speakers provided valuable guidance to the audience. Notable guest speakers included Ms. Sobia Ashraf, Assistant General Manager Marketing at PMEX; Fahad Asif, Marketing Manager at PSX; Munir Khanani, CEO of Munir Khanani Securities, and Director Abdul Hadi Khanani; Bilal Farooq Zardi, CEO of Pakistan All Broker Association; Mubashir Sadiq, CEO of the Institute of Financial Markets of Pakistan; Malik Dil Awayz, CEO of Darson Securities; Muhammad Noman, Director of Adam Securities and Venus HD TV Channel; and Muhammad Noman Safdar, CEO & Founder of Umm-ul-Aaima Group of Companies and Pakistan’s 1st Urdu Roman News.
Shields were presented by Umm-ul-Aaima Group of Companies and souvenirs by Rotary Club and Zaamin Builder to honor the guest speakers.
The primary aim of the session was to boost the morale of women entrepreneurs and provide them with education in line with the standards of the Pakistan Stock Exchange. The goal is to enable women entrepreneurs to maximize their benefits from PSX and foster a more inclusive working environment. Notably, both women and male participants actively engaged in the session and appreciated its significance.
Over 120 guests attended the awareness session, expressing their appreciation and requesting future sessions. Following the session, participants enjoyed Hi-Tea and guest speakers were honored with shields.
