Russia withdraws from UN-brokered grain export deal
According to Russian media, Russia decided to withdraw from the agreement after the Ukrainian attack on its ships.
Russian officials say that last night, Ukraine carried out drone attacks on our ships in the Black Sea.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said that due to the attacks, Russia has suspended its participation in the grain export agreement.
It should be noted that the “Russia-Ukraine grain export agreement” was concluded on July 22 with the efforts of the United Nations and Turkey.
The agreement was due to expire in mid-November, after the agreement allowed the export of millions of tons of grain from Ukrainian ports.
Exports of grain from Ukrainian ports were halted due to the Russian invasion.
