Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has announced to lead the anti-government long march from Friday, October 28.
Speaking to the media at the Chief Minister’s House in Lahore, Imran Khan said that I have decided to hold a long march on Friday, we should have started this march earlier.
He said that PTI’s anti-government long march will start from Liberty Chowk Lahore at 11 am on Friday, our march will be a peaceful protest, we protest peacefully, families come to our meetings.
Imran Khan further said that we will reach Islamabad by taking a sea of ??people from GT Road, we will not go to the red zone, where the court has said that the protest will take place there.
He also said that in the history of Pakistan, not so many people have gathered as they will go to Islamabad, it will be a real freedom march.
The PTI chairman said that our long march is something far above politics, it will decide the future direction of Pakistan, it is the jihad that will decide where the country will go.
He also said that this Jihad will decide whether to enslave thieves or not, their handlers think we are sheep.
Imran Khan said that our MPs in Multan are getting calls from unknown numbers asking them not to participate in the march.
He said that in 6 months I have shown the people out, Islamabad we are not going to fight, we have instructed everyone to be peaceful.
The PTI chairman predicted that the police will not say anything to the participants of the long march, as the police can manage 150,000 people, they will not do anything when lakhs of people are in front.
He said that they are trying to suppress us and put us on the wall.
Imran Khan said that I was ready for arrest for a long time, my bag is also ready, Allah’s command is to stand with good and against evil.
He said that this is a decisive time in the history of Pakistan, the country is heading towards default, the highest inflation in 50 years.
The PTI chairman said that I was called irresponsible, it was said that the country is in trouble, you are doing a long march at the moment, Fazlur Rahman did 2 marches against us, Bilawal Bhutto also did one march, Maryam Nawaz. The long march remained in Gujjar Khan.
He said that at that time, no one thought that the economic conditions of the country were not good. Our government was brought down by buying people in Sindh House.
The PTI Chairman further said that on May 25 we were tortured for our peaceful protest, calling off the long march only for the sake of the country.
He said that after winning the July by-election, cases were showered on me, 24 FIRs have been filed against me.
During the conversation, Imran Khan challenged PML-N leadership and former President Asif Ali Zardari and said that I challenge PML-N to compete in Punjab, show me victory anywhere.
He said that I also challenge Asif Zardari, let him show me by winning in Sindh now, my next program is to come to Sindh.
The PTI chairman said that when I got power, the country was close to bankruptcy, when we got Pakistan, the biggest crisis in the country was going on.
He said that there were no reserves to save the falling rupee, there was an economic crisis and the Corona crisis also came from above.
Imran Khan also said that the country had the best growth rate after 17 years after getting out of Corona, we helped the farmers and got the best crops.
He said that our IT exports had increased 3 times, our billion tree tsunami project was recognized worldwide, a project like our health card could not be done even by rich countries.
