Houston, TX, USA: A meeting was held at Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Houston, USA Friday to discuss the programme and its preparations to observe the day (Youm-e-Tasees) when Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had founded the PPP 55 years ago.
In this regard, a meeting was held at Houston, USA, Chief Secretary of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), USA Syed Raiz Hussain and Nusrat Laghari President Woman Wing PPP USA in the chair. PPP Houston President Fahad Hussein was the chief guest.
The meeting was attended by General Secretary PPP USA Malik Arsalan, Vice President PPP USA Aziz Nizamani, President Trade Wing Humza Raza Satti, Kashif Ali Soomro, Mumtaz Chand, Anwar Nizamani, Saleem Choudhary, and Takhiq Lashari.
Addressing the meeting the PPP Houston President said that Chairman PPP Zulfikar Ali Bhutto had founded the party on November 30, 1967. He added that the basic purpose of forming PPP was to raise a voice for the restoration of democracy and struggle against the dictatorship.
Chief Secretary of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP), USA said that under the leadership of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Pakistan Peoples Party’s would continue its struggle to implement the vision of its founding Chairman Zulfikar Ali Bhutto. In the end, party workers and office-bearers participated in the meeting.
