— Faheem Younus, MD (@FaheemYounus) October 2, 2021

Dr. Faheem Younus said, don’t wait for the pandemic to end; do them now. In my view Dr. Faheem tell us, Eat less means basically carbohydrate is sugar and by reducing sugar you can reduce inflammation that cans worsen Covid. Usually what we eat the most is carb food.  We need to eat protein food instead of junk food. Walking is one of the best exercises for weight loss and for good reason. Jogging and running are great exercises to help you lose weight. The Prioritize sleep means you sleep 10-12 hours but sleep at the right time. The research also showed that people who had short or disrupted sleep were also more likely to have metabolic syndrome, which refers to the combination of diabetes, high blood pressure, and obesity, and depicts an unhealthy lifestyle.

If you are digitally disconnected that will solve 95% of yours problem. We need to relationship with real world like, friend and family members. Virtual world is nihilistic, is reminding us about meaningless virtual world.

In the end, stop comparing yourself. If we don’t stop comparing ourselves to others, you will spend your mental energy just trying to keep up and you’ll be never succeeded.
