Riyadh Air’s Sfeer Nears 1 Million Members With 1.5 Million Points Giveaway
Millionth member to receive 1 million Sfeer Points as Riyadh Air celebrates rapid growth of its lifestyle programme

Riyadh Air celebrates Sfeer’s approaching one-million-member milestone with a 1.5 million-point giveaway.
KARACHI: Riyadh Air’s Sfeer lifestyle membership is expected to reach one million members this month, less than a year after its launch, marking a major milestone for the Saudi airline’s growing global community.
To celebrate the achievement, the millionth Sfeer member will receive one million Sfeer Points and become the programme’s final Founding Member. Riyadh Air will also select two existing Founding Members at random. Each winner will receive 250,000 Sfeer Points.
The total giveaway will therefore reach 1.5 million Sfeer Points.
The airline said one million Sfeer Points could potentially provide more than 120 one-way Economy redemption flights across Riyadh Air’s expanding network. Redemption is currently expected to become available later in 2026, subject to network expansion, availability and applicable requirements.

Riyadh Air said the points could also support group travel. A family of five could potentially use the points for multiple Economy trips. Alternatively, a group of five friends could use them for approximately three Business Class round trips, depending on destinations and redemption conditions.
Sfeer launched as a lifestyle membership powered by Riyadh Air. The programme combines travel, lifestyle benefits, experiences and partnerships. It aims to offer members opportunities that extend beyond traditional airline loyalty programmes.
Sfeer expands its lifestyle benefits
Members currently receive Sfeer Points that do not expire under the programme’s current terms. They also have access to complimentary in-flight Wi-Fi and a “Best Offer Guaranteed” benefit.
The programme has also partnered with brands including Hilton, Uber and muvi Cinemas. Riyadh Air said it plans to introduce more partnerships and benefits as the Sfeer community grows.
Kim Hardaker, Riyadh Air’s Vice President of Loyalty and Sustainability, described the one-million-member milestone as a significant achievement.
“Reaching one million Sfeer members is a remarkable milestone in the journey we are building together with our community,” Hardaker said.
She added that Sfeer was designed to offer more than a conventional airline loyalty programme. The membership brings together travel, experiences, benefits and partnerships while reflecting Saudi Arabia’s hospitality and ambition.
The airline said the millionth member will become the final Founding Member. Two existing Founding Members will also share the celebration through the additional 500,000-point prize.
New features planned for members
Riyadh Air said Sfeer will introduce additional features as the programme enters its next stage of growth.
Members will eventually be able to share Sfeer Points with friends and family. The programme also plans to introduce new challenges and community-focused features.
Another planned feature is Level Points, which will allow members to progress through different levels and unlock additional benefits and recognition.
Riyadh Air said Sfeer will continue expanding as the airline grows its network and partnerships. The programme aims to create more opportunities for members to connect with travel, lifestyle and everyday experiences.
The airline, which is wholly owned by Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), launched in March 2023. It plans to connect Riyadh with more than 100 destinations worldwide by 2030.
