Sindh MPA Dr Fozia Hameed participated as a guest speaker at a children’s welfare interfaith forum held in Karachi, where she stressed the need for collective efforts to protect children and secure their future.
Addressing participants from different faith communities, Dr Fozia Hameed highlighted the importance of working together to create a safe and supportive environment for children.
She said the welfare and protection of children should remain a shared responsibility. Government institutions, religious communities, civil society and families all have an important role to play in this effort.
The MPA also emphasised the need for cooperation across communities to address challenges affecting children and provide them with better opportunities for education, safety and personal development.
