Speaking at a press conference alongside Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry, Mohsin Naqvi said that nationwide events are being organized to mark the success of the “Battle of Truth.” He claimed that Pakistan’s armed forces demonstrated strong operational capability and national resolve during the conflict.

The Interior Minister further said that Pakistani forces responded strongly across the border regions, claiming that Indian positions faced significant pressure during the confrontation. He added that Pakistan’s targets were strictly military, while accusing India of targeting civilian areas.
Mohsin Naqvi praised Pakistan’s media, stating that it played a unifying role during the conflict by keeping public morale high and delivering a coordinated national message, in contrast to what he described as confusion in Indian media reporting.
He also highlighted the role of intelligence agencies, stating that timely information sharing helped Pakistan maintain operational readiness. According to him, intelligence coordination played a central role in operational planning and execution during the situation.
Referring to international developments, he claimed that diplomatic interventions helped prevent further escalation, and mentioned former US President Donald Trump in the context of regional de-escalation efforts.
Mohsin Naqvi reiterated confidence in Field Marshal Asim Munir’s leadership, stating that his role in regional and international diplomatic engagements, including US-Iran-related matters, should be trusted.
He concluded by stating that Pakistan’s armed forces, intelligence agencies, and national institutions acted in close coordination, which he said contributed to strengthening national defense and deterring future aggression.
