KARACHI: The Karachi Table Tennis Championship witnessed exciting finishes as Arham Bin Farukh won the Boys Under-19 title and Sarah Danish secured the Girls Under-19 crown at the Sindh Sports Board Complex, Nazimabad.

Organized by the Ali Shan Table Tennis Club, the tournament featured competitive matches across multiple categories, including U-19, veterans, mixed doubles, and men’s doubles events.
In the Boys U-19 final, Arham Bin Farukh defeated Muhammad Abbas in a thrilling five-set encounter, winning 3–2 with scores of 5–11, 6–11, 11–4, 11–5, and 11–8. In the Girls U-19 final, Sarah Danish edged past Anabia Siddiqui in another closely contested match, also winning 3–2 with scores of 10–12, 11–7, 11–8, 5–11, and 11–3.
In the Veterans Men’s Singles final, Zafar Khan outclassed Faisal Saqib 3–1, with set scores of 11–5, 11–6, 10–12, and 11–3.
Meanwhile, the Mixed Doubles category reached the final stage after the pair of Hareem Anwar and Salman Raza defeated Hoor Fawad and Arham Bin Farukh 3–2, while Fatima and Muhammad Abbas overcame Hoor Yaseen and Aahil Virani 3–1 in the other semifinal.
In the Men’s Doubles semifinals, Arham Bin Farakh and Hussain Virani defeated Muhammad Abbas and Raza, while Muhammad Kaif and Shah Mir secured victory against Aahil and Muhammad Saim to book their place in the final.
