KARACHI: Pakistan’s textile industry attracted strong international attention at the Techtextil and Texprocess 2026 exhibitions held in Frankfurt, Germany, where foreign buyers showed notable interest in Pakistani products and sourcing opportunities.

The global trade fairs brought together more than 1,700 exhibitors from 54 countries, showcasing innovations across the textile and garment value chain. Thousands of buyers, industry professionals, and decision-makers attended the event, engaging in active networking and business discussions.
Pakistan’s participation was led by the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), which organized a national pavilion featuring companies such as Sadaqat Limited, Haroon Fabrics, J.K. Spinning, and Ahmed Fine Weaving. Several leading independent exporters including Artistic Milliners, H. Nizam Din & Sons, Master Textile, Sapphire Finishing, Nishat, Pakwinz International, and M. Bilal Textiles also showcased their products.
Exhibitors reported strong interest from European and international buyers, with multiple firms securing business inquiries and future trade opportunities during the event. Participants said the fair provided valuable exposure to advanced textile technologies and global market trends.
Industry representatives highlighted that Pakistan’s diverse product range and competitive manufacturing capabilities continue to strengthen its position as a reliable sourcing destination in the global textile supply chain.
Exporters noted that participation in such international exhibitions not only supports order generation but also helps in adopting new technologies to improve production efficiency and export competitiveness.
