‘Damaged’ flat put up for auction for the third time.

BEIJING :  Would you like to buy a ‘haunted’ flat that is constantly being offered for sale on the market? Such a ‘haunted’ flat in the Chinese city of Chengdu is constantly being offered for auction. Someone died in this flat under unnatural circumstances, after which it was declared haunted and was put up for auction on April 1. This is the third time it has been put up for auction and the bidding for it will be on April 14. This flat has been auctioned twice before. The first time was in November 2025 and the second time was in January 2026, but both times the auction was unsuccessful. Now for the third time, the bidding will start at 166,000 yuan. According to Chinese media, this flat is spread over an area of 89.7 square meters and is fully furnished.
