Mr. Muhammad Amin Rajput, Acting Managing Director/ CEO will be reaching the age of superannuation and will retire from the permanent service of the Company on 13th February, 2026.
To ensure leadership continuity while the formal process for the appointment of a permanent Managing Director/ CEO is in progress, as an interim arrangement, the Board has approved the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Amin Rajput as Managing Director/ CEO for three months, interim period, effective immediately following his retirement.
