USA : The serial Guinness World Record breaker regained his lost title by balancing a chair on his chin for 1 hour and 20 minutes. David Rush from Idaho, USA (who recently set a record by balancing a ladder on his chin for 19 minutes and 11 seconds) first set the Guinness World Record for the longest duration by balancing a chair on his chin for 1 hour and 8 minutes. Later, another balance expert held the record for 1 hour and 19 minutes. David Rush wrote in a post on his website that for the past few months he had been training specifically to regain his neck endurance. He said that this task really caused neck pain, because in this record there is constant pressure on the jaw, neck and upper spine and there is no rest for a moment after the chair is in place. According to him, every passing second requires active control. After reviewing the evidence submitted by David Rush, Guinness World Records has confirmed that the title has been restored to him.
