The secret to looking young even at 65: Sangeeta Bijlani shares her fitness and diet routine.

INDIA : Former Bollywood actress Sangeeta Bijlani continues to capture the attention of fans for her fitness, health, and balanced lifestyle even at the age of 65. Despite her time away from the screen, her personality and style continue to be an example for fitness enthusiasts. According to Indian media reports, Sangeeta Bijlani makes regular exercise and a healthy diet an integral part of her daily life. She prefers simple yet nutritious meals, which is often reflected on her social media accounts. Recently, Sangeeta Bijlani shared a picture of her morning routine on Instagram, showing off her favorite breakfast. This breakfast consisted of chia seeds soaked in coconut milk, banana, various dry fruits, and nutritional seeds. Along with this, she also had soft-boiled eggs and green tea, which is considered beneficial for both energy and health. In the caption shared with the photo, Sangeeta Bijlani described her breakfast in detail, calling it part of a healthy lifestyle. Such posts are common on her Instagram page, where she keeps sharing her balanced diet and fitness routine with her fans, which is a source of inspiration for many. Sangeeta Bijlani made her Bollywood debut in 1988 with the film ‘Katil’ and soon made a name for herself with her acting. She appeared in several films like ‘Tridev’, ‘Hathiyar’, ‘Jarm’, ‘Yudha’, ‘Yagandhar’, ‘Izzat’ and ‘Laxman Rekha’. The film ‘Nirbhaye’, released in 1996, proved to be her last film, after which she retired from the film world.
