Houston, Texas – It was a proud and inspiring evening as Muhammad Saeed Sheikh, President of the Houston Karachi Sister City Association and Coordinator of the Alliance for Disaster Relief, was honored as a Humanitarian Partnerduring Medical Bridges’ “One People One World” Gala held last Thursday in Houston.
The prestigious award was announced by Mr. Walter Ulrich, President & CEO of Medical Bridges, and presented by the Board Chair during the ceremony, recognizing Mr. Sheikh’s longstanding partnership and humanitarian leadership.

A special video message from Honoree Muhammad Saeed Sheikh was also featured at the gala, where he expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Medical Bridges leadership, Board, and volunteers for their unwavering dedication to humanitarian service.

The evening brought together nearly 500 distinguished guests including Honorable Consul General Muhammad Aftab Chaudhry of Pakistan, CEO Medical Bridges Javaid Siddiqui and prominent personalities
from the corporate, civic, and philanthropic sectors—united in their dedication celebrating global compassion and the shared vision of connecting surplus medical resources to those most in need.
