Thousands of citizens who love Urdu poetry not only participated in the Mushaira, but through the appreciation of the poets, the morale of the poets continued to rise and remained in the venue till dawn. Senior poets Iftikhar Arif, Prof. Sahar Ansari, Dr. Pirzada Qasim, Ali Shurari, Anwar Shahib, Abbas Tabish, Ajmal Siraj, Shaista Mufti, Sabeen Saif, Muhammad Ali Gohar, Shakeel Jazeb, Rehman Faris, Ahmed Hussain Mujahid Balakot, Ahmed Attaullah. Kashmir, Azhar Faragh Bahawalpur, Tawkir A Khan Mirpurkhas, Rehana Ruhi, Wasi Shah, Khalid Irfan, Anbarin Haseeb Anbar, Vijaya Sani and other poets read their poetry. Indian poet Rajesh Reddy also captivated the audience with his poetry.
