KARACHI: The Sindh High Court on Thursday ordered former chief minister Sindh Qaim Ali Shah to continue coordination with National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in probe of the case pertaining to illegal allotment of 94 acres land of Malir Nadi.
Former chief minister Sindh appeared before the high court as his interim bail ended on Friday (today).
As the hearing went underway, SHC Chief Justice inquiring Qaim Ali Shah, remarked, Shah Sahab! Why did you sell land in Karachi? You could have sold Khairpurs. You were not the true owner of the land.
Qaim Ali Shah replied that he had no connection with allotment of the land. Submitted documents do not prove that I allocated the land, he maintained.
Later, the court extended Qaim Ali Shahs remand till May 03 and directed him to continue coordination with the Accountability Bureau.
