The child got a lock in the nose!.

CHINA : Children are naturally mischievous, but sometimes mischief becomes a huge danger, as when a child stuck a lock in his nose. There is hardly a child in the world who is not mischievous. Even their parents and others enjoy the innocent mischief of children. However, sometimes it happens that even though parents or adults are watching, they unknowingly do dangerous mischief that puts their lives in danger. Some people put a conch shell in their nose, while others get something else stuck in their nose and end up in the hospital. A similar incident of mischief occurred in China, but here a mischievous child did not put a small object up his nose, but rather, perhaps mistaking his nose for the door of the house, locked it and tortured himself. According to foreign media, this dangerous incident took place in the city of Huaihua in the Chinese province of Hunan, where a young child put a combination padlock (a lock that can be closed by entering a number) in his nose. Later, after several unsuccessful attempts to remove the stuck lock, the child called his parents. When they arrived, they screamed and tried hard to open the lock, but were unsuccessful. After a long period of unsuccessful attempts, they decided to seek help from the local fire department, but opening the lock proved to be very difficult even for them. Eventually, the firefighters cut the lock and saved the child from this suffering. Firefighters examined the lock and concluded that pulling or pushing the lock or piercing the middle bone of the nose could cause pain. So they cut the lock and freed the child from the pain.
