Karachi Pakistan : On the occasion of 40th Day of the martyrdom of the President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ayatollah Dr. Syed Ibrahim Raisi and his fellow martyrs, a dignified ceremony was organized with the support of the Khan e Farhang Islamic Republic of Iran-Karachi and the Iranian Consulate. This event also included the launch of the book “Selfless Servant” containing the important and interesting events of the life of Shaheed Ibrahim Raisi.
Leader of Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Meraj Al-Hadi Siddiqui, senior cleric Ayatollah Sheikh Hassan Salahuddin, Iranian Consul General Hassan Noorian and the Deputy Director of Khana e Farhang Iran-Karachi, Hameed Nourozi were among the speakers of this event.
Dr. Miraj Al-Hadi said in his speech: Today, a ray of hope that shines in the Islamic Ummah is due to the valuable efforts of Imam Khomeini (RA). Martyr Ayatollah Dr. Seyyed Ibrahim Raisi and other martyrs of the Islamic Republic of Iran were trained through the Islamic Revolution of Imam Khomeini, who breathed a new spirit into the Iranian nation with their martyrdom.
The martyrdom of Ibrahim Raisi and his companions was certainly a great tragedy for the Iranian nation, but Iran did not fall into despair and chaos due to this tragedy. Thus, the first phase of the presidential elections in Iran was completed in a very peaceful environment before 40th Day of the martyrdom of Syed Ibrahim Raisi and his fellow martyrs. Today, under the leadership of Ayatollah Khamenei, the Iranian nation is not only boldly fighting global colonialism, but also strengthening the resistance front against imperialism in other parts of the world.
The eminent religious scholar Sheikh Hasan Salahuddin said in his address: Martyr Ayatollah Dr. Syed Ibrahim Raisi and his sincere companions were true followers of the Holy Prophet (PBUH), who followed in the footsteps of the martyrs of the early Islamic era and exalted Islam through their martyrdom. Although Iran witnessed a big gap after Syed Ibrahim Raisi, but his martyrdom greatly strengthened the resistance front in both in Iran and other Islamic countries.
Iranian Consul General Hasan Nooryan stated addressing the meeting: After the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi, events were held in his memory in most countries of the world. The common element of all these commemorations was the personal characteristics of Ayatollah Raisi. His good manners, broad outlook and tireless hard work were among the distinguishing features of his personality. He was a true and sincere companion of the leader of the Islamic revolution, Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei
Hameed Nourozi welcomed the sympathies of the Pakistani nation on the martyrdom of Ayatollah Raisi and said; The Islamic Republic of Iran was once again faced with martyrdom by God’s will, but under the guidance of Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei, both the government and the people together bravely came out of this dangerous phase and through full participation in the presidential elections, created again a great history.
