SSUET Organizes Guidance Event: Mufti Tariq Masood Urges Following Allah’s Will and Helping Others, Sheikh Atif Ahmed Discusses Life’s Trials, VC Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin Reflects on Life’s Mix of Achievements and Setbacks
KARACHI, March, 2024 – A Counseling Session organized by Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology (SSUET) was attended by Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin, Registrar Cdre. (R) Syed Sarfraz Ali, Deans, HODs, and a large number of faculty members and students.


In his address, prominent religious figure Mufti Tariq Masood questioned the spontaneous evolution of the digital camera, likening it to the complexity of the human eye. He emphasized that Allah created humanity with purpose, urging everyone to align their goals with divine will and serve humanity.
Mufti Tariq Masood highlighted Islam’s role in fostering scientific inquiry, suggesting that Islamic teachings have accelerated scientific progress. He criticized societal ills like corruption and exploitation, advocating for education that combines modern knowledge with religious teachings.
Islamic scholar Sheikh Atif Ahmad emphasized the arduous nature of life’s journey, asserting that success requires hard work and faith in Allah. He emphasized the importance of spirituality in Islam and the need for individuals to strive for sanctity.
VC Prof. Dr. Vali Uddin described life as a blend of achievements and setbacks, encouraging attendees not to be discouraged by failure but to reassess their goals and strategies.
Registrar Syed Sarfraz Ali concluded the event with a vote of thanks.
