PM Imran Khan urge OIC should Respond to Islamophobia
MAKKAH- Prime Minister Imran Khan has said that the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) should respond to Islamophobia.
Prime Minister Imran Khan and OIC Secretary General met in Makkah to discuss the growing incidence of Islamophobia in different parts of the world.
A statement from the meeting said that the Prime Minister stressed the importance of a concrete response from the OIC on the issue and also mentioned the Prime Minister’s letters to the heads of Islamic countries.
The statement said that the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers had passed a unanimous resolution on March 15 to mark the International Day Against Islamophobia.
