Karachi : A well-known actor and filmmaker of Pakistani film and drama industry who performed brilliantly in the film Moor Shaz Khan’s film “The Martial Artist” will be released on January 31 under the banner of Hum Films. It should be noted that this is the first international film featuring prominent actors of Pakistan which is being presented for exhibition at the local level. Shaz Khan is also the director of this film while the producers include Shaz Khan, Shiraz Khan, Will Livery and Faran Tahir. The film is written by Michael Rose Albert and Shaz Khan while prominent stars include Shaz Khan, Faran Tahir, Sanam Saeed, Sameer Khan, Liz Fanning, Babar Pirzada and Herb Dean among others. Shaz Khan is playing the role of an MMA fighter in this film. For which he also received training in martial arts under the leadership of renowned coach MMA champion Rafael Cordero in California, while he also received training in boxing, Jiu, Jitsu and Muay Thai in martial arts. The film’s thriller stars Shaz Khan as Abe after he wins a local fight and is offered a big deal by the world’s biggest promotion company. Which could have given him the opportunity to stand among the top developing athletes of the sport, but what he thought did not happen. Things take a turn and Abe gets tangled up in family issues and travels to his homeland to find answers to some questions. The film is a must watch to know what problems he faces in this journey. Shaz Khan is known to the public for his roles in the film Moor, Vaaraz Hai Junoon and the drama serial Qain Ka Safar, but this time he is neither flying a plane nor advocating. Rather, he is preparing to win the hearts of the people in the sports field, Sanam Saeed is playing the role of his wife in the film. The cinematography of the film is stunning which will take the viewers on a journey to a new world. Abe’s journey is shown in great detail at the end of the film Apart from the Mayan temples, an amazing sequence is set against the backdrop of Death Valley, California where Abby trains with the other characters. Scenes of the quiet villages of Pakistan have also been shot very skillfully. If you are a martial arts enthusiast, this movie is a gift for you.
