Netflix has announced the release of the second season of the popular Korean series Squid Game.
Netflix informed fans by sharing notes written by Squad Game writer, director, producer and creator Huang Dong.
The first season was released last year and was hugely popular with fans.
The creator of Squid Game said in his message that it took 12 years to bring the first season of the series to the screen last year but it took only 12 days to become the most popular series on Netflix.
“As the writer, director and producer of Squid Game, I would like to commend the fans around the world,” he said.
“Thank you so much for watching the squid game and liking it so much,” he said.
Huang Dong said that now season 2 is coming, Gi Hun is coming back and you will also be introduced to Young Hee’s boyfriend Cheol Soo.
