Karachi, May 20, 2025 – Gold prices in Pakistan continued their upward trajectory on Tuesday, with the price of the precious metal rising by Rs300, reaching Rs342,800 per tola in the local market, according to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of gold increased by Rs257, now priced at Rs293,895.
This comes after a significant surge on Monday, when gold prices soared by Rs4,000 per tola, hitting Rs342,500.
On the global front, gold also saw an uptick, with the international price reaching $3,244 per ounce (including a $20 premium), marking a $3 increase from the previous day, APGJSA reported.
Meanwhile, silver prices remained unchanged at Rs3,410 per tola, showing no fluctuation despite gold’s rally.
