The ceremony brought together government officials, tourism stakeholders, hospitality representatives, and cultural figures to emphasize the importance of preserving museums and historical landmarks across the province.
Sindh Minister Leads Cultural Celebration
The event was attended by Syed Zulfiqar Ali Shah, Provincial Minister for Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh.
Other senior officials present included Abdul Fatah Shaikh, Fayaz Ali Shah, and Khair Muhammad Kalwar.
Officials highlighted the role of museums and heritage sites in preserving Sindh’s centuries-old cultural identity and promoting tourism across the province.
Hospitality and Tourism Representatives Participate
The celebration also featured participation from members of Pakistan’s hospitality and tourism sectors.
Distinguished guests included Fauzia Izhar, Muhammad Yousuf, and Yasir Ahmed.
Representatives from the hospitality industry praised the efforts of the Sindh Government and the Culture & Tourism Department in promoting heritage tourism and cultural awareness.

Speaking during the event, participants stressed that cultural celebrations and museum activities help showcase Sindh’s history and tourism potential at national and international levels.
Moreover, hospitality representatives noted that preserving historical landmarks and promoting cultural values can strengthen tourism and improve awareness about Sindh’s heritage.
The event concluded with appreciation for ongoing initiatives aimed at protecting historical sites and enhancing cultural tourism throughout the province.
