Karachi — Mobility and services platform inDrive has reported its strongest-ever Eid performance in Pakistan, recording significant growth across intercity travel and delivery services during the 2026 festive period.
Golden Eagles expected to return to England after 150 years.
According to company data, intercity rides increased by 1.5 times compared to the same period last year, reflecting rising demand for affordable long-distance travel. The company said more users opted for its peer-to-peer ride model, with carpooling emerging as a key factor driving growth during Eid travel.
Deliveries also saw a sharp rise, increasing by 1.6 times year-on-year, with the platform recording its highest single-day fulfilment levels during the peak of Ramadan and Eid holidays.
Company officials said the surge highlights a growing shift in consumer behaviour in Pakistan, where users increasingly rely on integrated digital platforms for travel, deliveries, and essential services during high-demand periods.
Commenting on the performance, inDrive Pakistan Country Manager Awais Saeed said the results demonstrate strong user trust and the scalability of the company’s SuperApp model.
He added that the platform aims to continue improving earning opportunities for drivers and couriers while ensuring affordable mobility and delivery services for users.
The company’s peer-to-peer pricing model, which allows users and drivers to negotiate fares directly, was highlighted as a key factor behind its strong performance during the holiday season.
