How can you avoid diabetes?

Diabetes is spreading like a plague all over the world. Diabetes, commonly known as ‘diabetes’, is usually of two types, type 1 and type 2. However, scientists now say that there are five different groups of diabetes, each of which can be treated separately. Scientists from Sweden and Finland believe that the more complex picture they have uncovered will help diabetics choose a medicine based on their disease.

Experts say that this research is very important for the future care of diabetics, but the change in treatment methods will not change immediately. However, scientists have confirmed that there are more than two types of diabetes, but in general, we still have clear information about the two types. Type One and Type Two. In type 1 diabetes, the pancreas stops making insulin, which causes blood sugar to build up in the bloodstream.

Scientists do not yet know the exact cause, but they believe it may be due to a genetic effect or a viral infection that causes the pancreatic insulin-producing cells to deteriorate. Ten percent of people with diabetes have type 1 diabetes. In type 2 diabetes, the pancreas either does not make enough insulin or what it makes does not work properly.

Type 1 diabetes usually begins in childhood and doctors do not yet know how to prevent it. In this article we will talk about the second type of diabetes. About 90% of diabetics suffer from this type of diabetes.

In the past it was seen that the second type of diabetes sufferers were only adults but recently it has been observed that children are also affected by it. Experts say that the risk of this disease can be reduced to some extent. Getting some information about this disease can help you.

What is diabetes?

Diabetes is a lifelong medical condition that kills millions of people every year and can affect anyone. Diabetes is a disease in which the amount of glucose in the blood increases. Blood sugar usually travels to the cells that need energy. But this process does not work properly in diabetes.

This causes damage to some parts of the body. In addition, there is a disturbance in the blood circulation which can lead to amputation of the patient’s toe, toes or whole foot in some cases, the patient may become blind or may have kidney disease. Many diabetics die of a heart attack or stroke.

Too much body fat can be a major cause of type 2 diabetes. Experts believe that having too much fat around the abdomen and waist increases the risk of diabetes. Fat in the pancreas and liver in particular affects the process of glucose reaching the body. The question is, How can you avoid the risk of diabetes?

2 ways to reduce the risk of diabetes

1- If you are at risk of developing diabetes, get your blood sugar checked regularly. Before having type 2 diabetes, a person often has pre-diabetes in which the blood sugar is a little higher than normal. This condition and other types of diabetes are both harmful but there is a difference.

In type 2 diabetes, blood sugar levels can be controlled, but at present the disease cannot be cured. However, it has been observed that some patients with pre-diabetes bring their blood sugar levels back to normal. The symptoms of pre-diabetes are not so obvious. One study found that approximately 316 million people worldwide have pre-diabetes and most of them are unaware of it. For example, in the United States, about 90% of people with pre-diabetes do not know that they have it. Are victims of

Pre-diabetes can cause type 2 diabetes, but it has also been shown to increase the risk of Alzheimer’s disease. If you are overweight, you are not physically active or someone in your family has diabetes, you may have pre-diabetes. So get your blood tested.

2- Eat healthy food but less than usual. Don’t drink beverages that contain too much sugar or carbon dioxide. Drink water, tea or coffee instead. Use pure wheat, rice and pasta in your diet instead of white flour or rice. Eat lean meat. Also eat fish, nuts, pulses and beans. Following these tips will greatly benefit you.

It is true that if you have diabetes in your family then you are also at risk of getting this disease. But making some lifestyle changes can help you avoid the disease to some extent. The more you try to maintain your health, the more you will benefit.
