A prestigious dinner event was hosted last night in honor of Mr. Arshad Wali Muhammad, Minister for Tourism, Culture & Antiquities, by Mr. Noman Abid Lakhani T.I., Chancellor of ILMA University and Member of the Sindh Higher Education Commission (SHEC).
