Afghan Interior Minister and Taliban leader Sirajuddin Haqqani has emerged for the first time. Photos and videos of Kabul Police Academy’s passing out ceremony were released. Siraj Haqqani directed the police to treat the people kindly.

Addressing the ceremony, Sirajuddin Haqqani directed the police to treat the citizens with compassion. He said that under the amnesty of Taliban, every citizen is protected and those who left the country should return to Afghanistan.
Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid and Kabul police spokesman Haqqani released photos. Abdullah Azzam, Principal Secretary to Afghan Deputy Prime Minister Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, also shared photos of Siraj Haqqani on Twitter.
