KARACHI – AAA Kiani 11 Club won 3rd Inter-Village Open Cricket Championship, AAA Associates, in its continuous endeavour to promote sports activities for the general masses, sponsored the 3rd All Pakistan Inter-Village Open Cricket Tournament, 19th to 30th September 2021. The sponsorship of the event was part of the ever-increasing efforts of AAA Associates to espouse sports at the grassroots level.
The tournament was organized at UC Sahang, concluding with a colorful award ceremony. AAA Kiani 11 Club won the first prize trophy with an award of Rs. 200,000. The second prize and trophy were won by Shaheer Cricket Club Bhangali, which included a cash prize of Rs. 100,000. Nizar Lefty and Zain Kalar were declared the Best Batsman and the Best Bowler of the tournament respectively.
Chairman AAA Associates, Shaikh Fawad Bashir reiterated his commitment in backing sports and the measures taken for the physical, mental and social development of our youth via sports. He highlighted the significance of grassroots level sports activities for society. He encouraged all the participating teams and also expressed his gratitude for their partaking in the event.
Chief Guest, Lt Col(R) Shahzad Ali Kiani, addressing the occasion appreciated all the participants of the event. He spoke about the sportsman spirit and emphasized the importance of the sports for emotional development of our youth. He further said that these occasions bring harmony and hold communities together.
