Overview. Diplomacy, Termed as the ‘skillful’ Art of Negotiations Is an Integral Part of a Country’s Foreign Policy. A Country Can Win a War on the Battlefield but Can Lose It on the Negotiating Table if It Lacks Proper Skills in Negotiations and Bargaining. Diplomacy Is Not Only Relevant in External Relations but Is Also Quite Useful in Other Areas Ranging From Business, Politics, and Economics. Foreign Policy Is Defined as a Framework and Mechanism in Which a Country Conducts Its Relations Not Only With Neighboring States but Also Interacts With Countries in Different Parts of the World. This Certificate Course Will Examine Diplomacy and Foreign Policy in Historical and Contemporary Perspective.
