Rotary Club of Karachi Centennial Holds Oath-Taking Ceremony and Fellowship Dinner
Rotary Club of Karachi Centennial celebrates its oath-taking ceremony and fellowship dinner with district leaders and distinguished guests.
The Rotary Club of Karachi Centennial (RCK Centennial) hosted its Centennial Oath-Taking Ceremony and Fellowship Dinner under the leadership of President Omar Niaz. Shahwar Raheem co-hosted the event, which brought together district leaders and club members.
DG Shahzad Sabir attended as the chief guest. He administered the oath to President Omar Niaz, Club Secretary Raheena Irshad and other members of the board.
The board members included Vice President Taab Ahmed and Treasurer and Service Chair Mansour Ahmed.
Guests of Honour Receive Rotary Pins
During the ceremony, Shahzad Sabir honoured the guests of honour with Rotary pins. They included:
Ali Rashid – Minister for IT and Science Technology, Sindh
Ozan Erder – Second Secretary, British Deputy High Commission
Jarry Masood – CEO, National Academy of Performing Arts (NAPA)
Syedain Naqvi – Senior civil servant
The recognition highlighted the participation of distinguished guests from public service, diplomacy and the cultural sector.

Four New Members Join RCK Centennial
RCK Centennial and DG Shahzad Sabir also welcomed four new members to the club. The chief guest pinned the new Rotarians during the ceremony.
The new members are Sana Ilyas Saeed, Huma Alim, Danish Ejaz and Zeeshan Khoja.
The evening also brought together prominent district representatives and fellow members of the Rotary Club of Karachi Centennial. The fellowship dinner provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships and celebrate the club’s growing membership.
