Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akmal, Chairman of the Pakistan Science Foundation, visited the PASTIC Sub Centre Karachi.

Karachi Pakistan On 19-06-2026 : Prof. Dr. Muhammad Akmal, Chairman of the Pakistan Science Foundation, visited the PASTIC Sub Centre Karachi. Ms. Afsheen Tariq, Assistant Director (STI), along with her team members, warmly welcomed the Chairman upon his arrival. During the visit, the Chairman met with all employees of PSCK and reviewed the overall performance, ongoing activities, and services of the Centre. Various operational matters and institutional issues were discussed.
The Chairman also guided the staff for the improvement and betterment of the Centre’s work, emphasizing the need to enhance productivity, strengthen outreach activities, and improve task performance to achieve organizational targets in accordance with the mandate of the organization. At the conclusion of the visit, a group photograph was taken with the Chairman and PSCK staff.
