NEDUET Hosts Dr. John Arthur for Interactive Engagement with Students and Faculty
NED University of Engineering and Technology had the pleasure of hosting Dr. John Arthur, Director of J. Arthur Consult and Founder of The Wild Olive Foundation, during his visit on 10-11 November 2025. Dr. Arthur, an accomplished Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience in academia, industry, and international consulting, has spent the past five years mentoring master’s students at leading UK universities to enhance their professional readiness and employability.
During his visit, Dr. Arthur conducted an inspiring session with students, focusing on professional comportment, digital and face-to-face communication skills, and self-management in performance-driven environments, skills essential for a successful transition into the industry.
He also engaged in a strategic dialogue with faculty members to explore the development of a long-term professional development programme at NED, aligned with government priorities and the university’s mission to strengthen youth capabilities and future employability.
