USA : A healthcare center in the United States has apologized for mistakenly sending condolence letters to more than 500 living people. According to local media, due to a computer system failure at a Maine health center in the US state, officials sent condolence letters to 531 living people regarding their deaths. Maine Health officials said in a statement that Maine Health deeply regrets this mistake. According to the international news agency, the error was caused by a computer program that generates letters. Maine Health is a non-profit healthcare center that operates a Level 1 trauma center and eight other hospitals.
