Mr. Azhar Ali Dahar, Director General (E&M-I) Division, Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), held discussions with Mr. Boris Gusev, Deputy Trade Representative, and Mr. Vitaly Stepanov, CEO of Moscow Export Center, accompanied by Mr. Vladislav Ionkin, Acting Head of the International Partnership Division, International Events Department, Moscow Export Center, during their participation in the 22nd Health Asia International Exhibition & Conference 2025 alongside 15 Russian healthcare and pharmaceutical companies at the Karachi Expo Centre.
During the meeting with Mr. Vitaly Stepanov, CEO of Moscow Export Center, Mr. Dahar presented a brief overview of the Health Engineering & Minerals Show (HEMS Pakistan) and extended an invitation to the Moscow delegation to participate in the 5th Edition of HEMS Pakistan, scheduled for September 2026.
In a separate session, Mr. Dahar held detailed discussions with Mr. Stepanov and Mr. Ionkin, emphasizing innovative healthcare solutions, technology transfer, and potential joint ventures between Pakistani and Moscow-based enterprises. Both sides expressed strong interest in expanding bilateral ties and exploring future collaboration in healthcare and medical technology sectors.
Representing TDAP, Mr. Azhar Ali Dahar also graced the inauguration of the 22nd Health Asia International Exhibition & Conference 2025, Pakistan’s largest annual event dedicated to the health and medical industry. The exhibition marks a significant milestone in the nation’s healthcare advancement and provides a vital platform for global networking, innovation exchange, and partnership development.
