With this message, I want to bring forward the extremely pathetic services of Air Blue. They have recently started flying to many international countries like Bahrian, Jeddah etc and therefore have neglected all domestic flights and their passengers. My family’s flight from Lahore to Karachi was scheduled for 9am on 25th December which was delayed and moved to 12:05 am on 26th December. However later on, that flight was cancelled entirely and they shifted the passengers to a flight for 5pm on 26th December. During the afternoon, passengers were notified that flight is delayed by 30 minutes. Upon reaching the airport, all passengers were informed that the flight has been cancelled. After 3 flight delays, Air Blue has shifted passengers to a flight for 10:55pm today.
My family has been stuck in Lahore for over 36 hours and they have not been compensated for the inconvenience. In fact, some of the passengers in today’s flight have been stranded in Lahore since Sunday morning.
I fail to understand why Airblue is taking bookings for flights if they dont have enough planes available to fly both local and international flights. Their international flights are departing on time, however all their local flights keep on being cancelled or delayed due to unavailability of aircrafts. Extremely disappointed with their services. This is exactly the reason why we dont prefer booking local airlines.
