Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said in a speech in Lahore that he is not against America but America’s slavery is not acceptable.
Addressing a rally at the Hockey Stadium in Lahore, he said that there are many types of slavery from which we have to be freed.
He said that one slavery was the one from which the Quaid-e-Azam freed us, while the other is mental slavery.
Imran Khan said that we want friendship with America, but we do not want slavery to anyone.
The former prime minister said that if you cheat them, they will not respect you, if you stand up for the country’s interest, they will not like it, but they will respect you.
He said that I had promised the nation that I would not let the nation bow down to anyone, otherwise what was the need for me that I had done politics for 26 years and was involved with these dirty people.
Regarding his visit to Russia, the former prime minister said that who are they who say why I went to Russia? Am I their slave?
He said that the Russians were ready to help us, I went to Russia for the benefit of my nation.
He said that our rulers are following in the footsteps of America, these people did not have enough courage to say that this is the need of our people.
The former prime minister said that we as a nation will pay off the debt of our nation together, we will make our nation stand on its own feet together.
Imran Khan said that they will fight together to end this imported government.
He also said that he will continue this struggle until the government is sent home and elections are held.
The former prime minister also aired the videos related to the unrest during the long march on May 25 during his address.
During the speech of Imran Khan, at 12 o’clock in the night, a grand celebration of the 75th Independence Day was also celebrated while the former prime minister stopped his speech.
After the celebration, he resumed his address and said that first he brought down our government and he thought people would shake fists but people came to the streets.
They said that after that they tried to instill fear in these people and on May 25 they threatened the women by breaking into their houses and three people were also martyred.
He said that in the by-elections of Punjab, the nation again came out on the streets and voted for them despite the rigging.
Imran Khan said that I am especially thankful to the people of Lahore who completely defeated him.
Chairman PTI said that now these people have made a new plan that now they will file cases against Imran Khan and somehow disqualify him and then call back Nawaz Sharif so that the matter of disqualification can be ended.
Imran Khan said that I am not going to do any deal with anyone, I should not be confronted with any bandit.
The former prime minister said that there is a conspiracy going on to divide our judiciary so that their decisions can be taken from the judiciary.
Chairman PTI said that an attempt is being made to create a clash between his party and the army.
Referring to the situation in East Pakistan before the fall of Dhaka, he said that when I went to play there, I knew what the situation was.
He said that he (Sheikh Mujeeb’s party) was the largest party in Pakistan at that time and a military operation was being conducted against him.
He said that there was cruelty at that time, when you bring the biggest party of the country and the army face to face, the loss is to the country, and the same conspiracy is being made today.
Imran Khan said that if I had to choose between slavery and death, I would accept death.
He said that he would never want the army of the country to be weak, rather he wants the Pakistan Army to be strong.
Imran Khan while announcing his next plan of action said that he will now go to his people while also announcing a visit to various cities of the country including Karachi and Rawalpindi.
Talking about the former President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari, Imran Khan said that Asif Zardari has oppressed the people of Sindh and enslaved them.
He said that I am going to Sindh to fight Asif Zardari.
Imran Khan said during his speech that our real freedom is in the last stages and we should prepare for it.
He announced the formation of another Tiger Force and said that it will have our daughters and youth.
After Imran Khan’s speech ended, the people present at the National Hockey Stadium in Lahore sang the National Anthem.
After the national anthem, the rally paid tribute to all the martyrs of Pakistan since its independence till today and prayed for the advancement and protection of the country and the nation.
