UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has underscored need for respecting human rights including rights of Kashmiri people.
Speaking at a regular briefing at UN Headquarters in New York, Deputy Spokesman Farhan Aziz Haq said Secretary-General has always expressed need for all human rights to be fully respected and for the authorities to act in a way that each community feels their identity is respected.
