Grugliasco, Italy – The stunning U-pick tulip garden in Grugliasco has once again burst into bloom, showcasing a breathtaking array of 495,000 vibrant tulips. Following the success of previous years and the overwhelming support from thousands of visitors, this year’s event promises an even more enchanting experience with the addition of new Muscari, Narcissus, Hyacinths, Kaufmanniana Tulips, Fritillaria, Iris, and Allium bulbs.
The Italian Tulips’ journey, which began in 2017, has been a testament to their commitment to sustainability, courtesy, and a deep love for nature’s beauty. Edwin Koemane and Nitsuhe Wolanios, the founders of Italian Tulips, have strived to create a haven where nature’s tranquility offers moments of pure joy.
Spread across 2 hectares, equivalent to 4 soccer fields, the fields boast over 400 unique tulip varieties, each more stunning than the last. Visitors are invited to wander through the fields, capturing the perfect photo against the backdrop of these natural wonders. Children can enjoy playful moments among the hay bales, adding to the charm of the experience.
Italian Tulips’ dedication to sustainability is evident in their farming practices. They refrain from using chemical agents to enhance flower growth, instead relying on natural processes and the hard work of bees and insects.
