ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Imran Khan says all out efforts will be made to provide speedy and trouble-free access to justice to the people particularly the weak segments of the society as per its election manifesto.
Chairing a meeting on legal reforms in Islamabad on Thursday, he said it is the basic responsibility of the state to protect the rights of its citizens mobilizing all the state resources.
The Prime Minister particularly directed to ensure the basic rights of women, children and the domestic servants.
The Prime Minister was informed that modern technology solutions are being introduced to help the courts in dispensation of easy justice to the needy people.
The Minister for Law and Justice Farogh Nasim said a Whistleblower Protection and Vigilance Commission is being constituted for protection of those pinpointing corruption and other crimes and to reward them properly. He said government servants will also be facilitated in seeking justice in their service matters.
Moreover, Prime Minister Imran Khan will inaugurate four more trains tomorrow.
These trains are Sindh Express from Karachi to Sukhar, Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai Express from Karachi to Mirpur Khas, Faislabad Express and Rehman Baba Express from Peshawar to Karachi.
